Apartments in & near to Provenza District

As Lalinde tends to be a calmer area than Provenza, it’s a favorite choice for families or business travelers who seek a more low-key stay in Medellín. The apartments have all the necessities for creating a new home, plus a few added extra special touches. Floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies and full dining room furniture are just some of the perks to booking long-term in these Lalinde rentals. Elsewhere, Provenza is better suited to solo travelers or couples who want to be close to the commercial area, known for its cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique stores. Accommodation in this area is typically trendy, safe and offers dazzling sights of the city skyline.

Prices for Provenza District begin from $1,500 a month (utilities included).

Apartments in & near to Parque Lleras/Astorga

For people who want to be in the heart of Medellín but without an excessive price tag, apartments in Astorga, Milla de Oro (the Gold Mile) and El Tesoro cater to both needs. Apartments here are spacious, simple yet stylish, and range in sizes from two-person, to seven-person units. Every apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, queen/king-sized beds and a flat screen TV. People often opt for these apartments because they are away from the noise of downtown Poblado but still within walking distance to supermarkets, banks, restaurants and nightlife.

Prices in these areas start as low as $1,000 per month (although can vary according to the time of year), and are very reasonable for the desirable location and high quality properties.

Nueva Alejandría, El Poblado

Popular due to its excellent location in Poblado, the Nueva Alejandría apartment complex is the perfect blend of chic living with homely touches. With furnished apartments fitting up to four people, all the units are moden, filled with natural light and boast incredible views of the city. Prices here range from $1,000 to $1,400 per month for one-bedroom apartments, and between $1,300 – $2,000 for two-bedrooms. Prices can vary based on the season but Nueva Alejandría often has long-term residents from overseas, so the environment here is welcoming and quieter than other Poblado accommodation.
